"Life has to move on". Have you ever heard this as a advice or did you ever told this to anyone? The answer should be yes more often than not. We must have came across this sentence at least once in their life.

The utmost importance of this lies in the fact that this sentence literally lightened many lives. This kept them going after their respective breakdown phase in life. This may seem like a crap but the reality is something else than that. 

For instance if you are Keeping your fingers crossed for something which is vital in your life and got a negative result. This will make make you breakdown. You might feel that there is no life after that. Your family, friends, career nothing comes to your mind. You will be half mad. This is the point where you should realize the bitter truth which is nothing but move on.

If one cannot realize this then there will be sure blast in their lives. At least they should have anyone around them with whom they can share about their breakdown. There are more chances for these kind of people to get ailments. They will what's next in their life. 

This is a predicament and this can be overcame. Above all said are neither a preaching nor a proclamation. It's a simple interpretation in laymen perspective. It is also not necessary for everyone to agree to all the above said because people who actually broke can relate more often than not.

Perception or point of view as most people say is a term which allows you to describe your take on things. Perception about things have helped the people to do inventions in turn these inventors have been named as Scientists later on. It may be weird or awkward to interpret perception but it is inevitable for any action to become successful.

Most of the successful people have the habit of seeing things in a different way than others. This implies that these people are using the power of perception to a great extent. If you can prove a method which can redefine perception will always end up being inclined towards defining the same strongly than before.

Revisiting the actual pros is that people will think you are either Genius or more knowledgeable than them. This might seem crazy. Consider for instance, if you have given a different point of view for the pain areas to your boss and you end up being rewarded for the same. This is because now you have given a method to your boss which will improve the process and performance efficiency. That's why Boss likes the person who gives his piece of mind.

Most of us might have came across a term called "Positive vibes". It is not necessary that the knowledge about positive vibes is more important to go through this context. You can opt out of this only if you are well versed and have a proficient understanding about the vibration around you.

Vibration actually is a thing which can't be seen through naked eye. It's like air you breathe. Some people still interpret this in a more spiritual context than being inclined towards the scientific facts. That's where we lost the immense goodness of vibes around us. We literally lost most of our being without realizing that.

It's better late than never. We don't have to hesitate to use the environmental matters to help us in our day to day life. It is an organic and natural way. Vibration is one among them. We have to be aware of the fact that if we want see the change in the world then it should start from us. Keeping all the above said aside now everyone would have started murmuring about the mystery question. How really vibration help us?

Vibration can be of any form. It may be positive or negative. One can differentiate between these two more often than not. Utilizing the positive vibes and ignoring the negative vibes is the key. If one can sense the positive vibes around them and use it in a constructive way then the result will be sure success. This doesn't prove negative vibes are bad but it is not good enough for people who are not brave.

For instance, the aura in temple is the power house of positive vibes. Each and everyone one of us would have went to temple of their respective religion. It can be a church, mosque or anything else which has spiritual grounds. The scientific reason for the positive vibes in these spiritual places lies in the fact that these places are being visited by people who are more inclined towards the well-being of them and their families or friends. Their thought process would prioritize the positive things. This creates a positive aura around them. This results in the creation of positive vibes.

Please note the fact that exceptions cannot be examples. There are people who are successful and can disapprove all the above said. Still there is a point to defend against these exceptional people. The point is that these people may have used the power of vibes unknowingly and they won't admit if this is the fact.

The bottom-line is that if one realizes the importance of vibes and uses it, then they would prosper more than others around them. They will sparkle the positive vibes.

Why it is Significant to have the ability to prove our existence constantly?  Let us go through the significance here-under.

It is said that every successful person had a sustainable development goals more often than not. They tend to set a Long  term goal and they will travel with hardship to reach that destiny. Do we have a sustainable development goal? If not, please make attempts to make at least one short term goal for the sake of your goodness.

Why Sustainable development goal important? We may see many  countries’ government is investing in Sustainable energy sources.  Each and every business sector like Fashion, Engineering, Food,  Architecture, Economics etc. are focusing on the sustainability on  their respective fields. Considering the macro level, as an individual we should consider sustainability seriously. Be aware of the fact that if we don’t move towards sustainable development, we fail more often than not. Fortunately if we don’t fail, we may still face some ill effects. To be precise Sustainable development goal is importance because it is said that “Be as Roman when you are in Rome”. The entire universe is moving towards sustainability so it is not fair to travel on the other side of it.

One of the examples of this goal is decent work and economic growth. Do we actually have met these goals or given a thought about it? My personal response would be certainly not. This is because both decent work and economic growth won’t sail on the same boat. The reason behind it is, we are forced to choose any one these two and not both. Decent work may be an activity that you love to do or it may be in line with your studies or at least it should lay a pathway to our destiny. In contrary, we focus on Economic growth alone. This is where the long term successful person and all other set apart. A successful person has the ability to balance both work and growth. This is one case in point of goal's impact on individual life. There are few others also framed in existence or we may frame our own to taste success.

Did you breakup with your girlfriend or breakup friendship? Are you reading breakup quotes, breakup poem, breakup text, breakup lyrics often? Are you listening to breakup song daily? Breakup here literally doesn’t mean Love breakups. It is called the saturation point. To be precise it is the saturation point in life where there may be heart break or any hurdle that comes in the way of your Destiny journey.

Most of us may hate Chemistry but it’s is the branch of science where we would have come across the word “Saturation point”. How Science actually give Saturation point definition? The Answer is “The stage beyond which no more can be absorbed or accepted”.

Don’t think what above definition have to do with breakups in life and how can I know my saturation point. Please pay some endurance and we can travel together in detecting the subject of this blog.

Saturation curve most of the times start from zero and gradually increases step by step linearly and reaches its peak. This is crucial point where some of us make mistake and end up being as a loser. This point has many beautiful events to savor for our life till death but unfortunately we end up being savoring the bitter moments instead of the beautiful ones.

What we really have to do to solve this problem is we should realize that we are now at the saturation point in life. How can we actually realize it? It is a very delicate point. It is the moment where there will be abnormal arise of conflicts. It is the point where we should get ushered of.

If we fail to realize the break-even point then we have to really feel sorry about us. We should understand that we failed to realize the breaking point and move on to save our life from not being a sinking ship.

Trigger, as Cambridge Dictionary quotes "an event or situation that causes something to start". Trigger plays a pivotal role in our life. Have you ever been triggered emotionally? The answer for this always won't be "No". This is because each and every human has a Saturation point for emotional strength. If one gets beyond that point, they will burst out for sure and this will lay down a new chapter in their life. This chapter may or may not be in their favor but they will take a new path.

We may came across a saying which goes like "Change is the only thing that won't change". We tend to learn something from someone daily unknowingly. As a result we may change a bit daily. These small changes may go unnoticed in our life until this so called "Trigger" happens. If Trigger flare ups negative feelings, better walk away from the situation or stay calm. An emotional trigger can give you all variants of emotion. If it lies anywhere near positive feelings, cherish the moment and environment. On the other hand as said before stay calm or walk away. Take deep breaths, write down your feelings, share your feelings with your dear ones, pray to the eternal power or any other actions that could give a dip in your pressure. Do remember that you are the master of your actions and reactions. Never ever give up the steering to Trigger which might drive you to hell.

Considering the other side of the coin, treat your positive Trigger as like you handle negative Trigger which is fragile and causes ill effects. In the case of a positive Trigger, you feel overwhelmed at times and the reaction of it may not be the real you. When you feel overwhelmed of the Trigger, beware of your words and actions.

Trigger is the resultant of vintage touch, vision, listening, aroma and taste. If you feel you were Triggered by the above said five senses be mindful and examine the intent. Check whether it ticks you off. Premeditate you emotional saturation point and be the driver of your Triggers rather than giving a go to a Trigger which can drive you to a emotional imbalance path.

Gossip, it is hard to come to a conclusion on whether it is a boon or a curse. Oh my God! It is inevitable and exist everywhere around us. It is not only limited to Gossip girl. When we are having a chit chat with friends, when we are waiting for elevator, having lunch in cafeteria, evening teashop and so on. The main consumers are Gossip News agencies, Gossip about celebrities of social media. With out gossip they can't run their business. In contrary it often plays a pivotal role in many people lives. It redirects you to the right path. Come let us gossip about gossip.

Gossip creates a dopamine in your brain which makes you cherish about it and feel no guilt about the same. Dopamine sometimes helps us to eliminate the ill signals created by brain. We feel superior when we tend to gossip about something or a particular person. It is obvious that if we gossip around someone, we will put them down more often than not.

It is said "If you can't say something nice, say nothing at all". Whatever we say always remains said, done and dusted. It is not taken into account seriously. Gossip won't create the dopamine in the first place. Whenever we get to know something about someone gives the boost of dopamine and when we transmit that Secrets to others dopamine will get carried forward.

If a person is obsessed of Gossip then he not right one to whom we can share secrets with. On the other hand we can take some learning out of these people too. If they do it for praising someone, then it means they are on the right track. If they do it by pass on negative news then it helps us in self protection. We have to learn from both. It will make us alive in social community. It will help us to act upon the subject correctly while keeping the ill effects in mind. Hence it facilitates self protection.

Keeping all the scientific information about it aside, we will try to regulate this act of gossip. It is hard to avoid gossip but regulating it is more feasible. We have to try not to gossip about negative information about someone but to praise them. Let's hope it won't have ill effect on neither.

Sound Sleep and Snooze Alarm | #21DaysChallenge 5

Sleep is God's gift to mankind. We should always have a sound sleep to stay healthy. The snooze alarm is the demon to sleep. Sleep has several science attributes attached to it. It is not necessary to have a deep sleep yet sleep is inevitable. We can't skip a decent sleep and replace it with hard work. Let's get drowsy.

Being drowsy is strange while reading. Drowsy here doesn't literally mean what it actually is but accrediting of being drowsy is dealt with. Sleep well and you can heal your life more often than not. There is no medication for sleep which gives a permanent solution. Existing medication is often dangerous and spillover can lead to self assassination.

As said earlier the scientific aspects of sleep is interesting. Sleep accounts to one third of human life span for a normal person. Sleep has a cycle where it is classified as REM (Rapid Eye Movement) and Non-REM. Each of this cycle has different stages. First cycle is Non-REM where it has four stages. First stage is falling asleep, second is light sleep, third and fourth is deep sleep. In REM cycle, our eyes move rapidly behind closed lids. We fall deep sleep and it is the point where we start to dream.

There is two key processes in our brain which regulates sleep which comprise of circadian rhythm and sleep drive. The circadian rhythm regulates sleep when it senses light. This is why we awake when sunlight directly falls on us in the morning. The sleep drive is very relatable to everyone. Whenever we feel exhausted and not slept well the day before, we would have experienced this sleep drive. It is nothing but we may fell asleep Unknowingly during this course of time.

Keeping the all the scientific attributes apart it is necessary for everyone to have a decent sleep to live a happy and long live. Lack of sleep causes many diseases including depression. A successful and healthy person is always not possible. Successful person works day and night and gets diagnosed of a serious disease in the later stages of their life. This stage is crucial where we have everything in place to cherish but our health won't felicitate it. We leave all our happiness, family, sleep to on the way of desire race. Happiness, family and sleep are interconnected and is directly proportional mental and physical health which determines your span of life.

Let's hope everyone hereafter realize the seriousness of sleep. Sleep and hunger is related to each other but brain will not force you to eat but gives you pain and kills you at the end. This is not the case for sleep. Brain forces you to fall asleep. Imagine what brain can do to you when you don't sleep well, while you are driving. This is not a negative attitude but the facts. Since we don't know the facts we tend to give no importance to sleep.

It is said "Hard work never fails". Is it practically feasible. Can we prevail our life only with Working hard. If it so, how come the people who hardly work be in lime light often. Is it because of luck. If luck is the fact then why doesn't felicitate the people who sail on the ship with full of hardship. Let's try to decimate myth around success.

Everything we desire for won't come in package. We have to earn it in parts. We have to work hard and can't let everything goes in vain. We should add reactants and catalyst it make it in equilibrium. Both sides of reactions should be equalized. Catalyst can be the so called luck which speed up your process in achieving the desired. This process should be dealt in phases. Every phase will have its own respective reactions. We have to put the precise reagents to make each phase to point towards the next. There should be no going back.

We have seen people working hard fails more often than not. Sometimes we may have been one among the victims. Success has many factors which has to be taken in to consideration to overcome the reverse effect. Falling on the way won't affect much because we can rise up and resume from where we went down. If we tend to fail during the course of this reason, it is hard to hit back. We should have the morale to deal with it.

Working hard is a double headed sword. It can either punish you or else protect you. Sometimes end up being on the wrong side of the sword. This is because we are not smart enough to use that sword. Being a hard worker doesn't always help. We have to use our smartness often to get things done. It is said "Hard work never fails". Success and failure are not the factors considered here. There is no doubt that hard work triumph always. It is about the success impact on our life and how early we taste the fruits. The span of success matters much. This quote make sense only when you are smart. Smartness necessarily doesn't mean cunning but to put things under your radar with a hawk eye and getting things done. We have to foresee the causes of failure and get it ratified before it sinks the ship down.

It is often hectic to find a partner. This is irrespective of love and friendship. These partners should walk along with us through out our lives. This happens to most of extroverts easily and some of the introvert often. Extrovert have more people around them and have choices to make with whereas introvert have lesser people around which is obvious. Both of them should be wise enough to read the people around and choose the best possible.

For developing a habit which is in line with your new year resolution is always a difficult task for anyone. Even the emotionally intelligent people struggle to make it through. Each and every step should be cautious in between and among chaos. We should make a renowned plan or any other plan which comes in our way. Key point lies in the fact that we have to believe in the plan which we choose and execute it to perfection to earn desired result.

Walking along with a partner which you desired is a God given gift and we may sometimes have to earn the gift. This gift should be treated with utmost care because heart once broken it is hard for your loved ones to come back. Make a wish from God. The wish should be for goodness of your relationship with your partner. Be partner in crime in all you both do. Be mutually exclusive. Walk along with your loved one to reach your dreams.

Successful failure. Is this makes sense. If it is meaningful what it suggests? It happens when you mastered something, Something which you don't require training, Something which you used to ends up in failure but have no effect to you and your environment. The greatest example is, when you get out to a ball which should be punished with a sixer. This happens to everyone who plays cricket often. We will miss the deft touch and the form we were in before. The root cause of this is lack of practice. Even some of us may think that they don't need practice. It maybe true but everyone should at least need a "Warm up". The reason why we considered the dismissal in cricket is that the failure here pin points our weakness or may be lack of commitment. Sometimes it can be because of practice or at least a warm up.

Warm up can be done when we master something but we have some factors which affects the success rate. All these factors have direct effect on your on your success rate. Practice and warm up is often misunderstood. Some people think both are one and the same. The distinction between the two is that practice always refer to the action which is concurrent to the art which you master whereas Warm up refers to the subsidiary actions which would enhance your Mastery and improve efficiency. It will always necessary not be in line with your Mastery. It supports your actions. It loosen up the screws. It will make your mind be up for the challenge. It will activate your system to perform better.

Successful failure will become unnecessary if this Warm up thing is done before. For instance if you want to evolve a habit, you have to take warm up in to consideration. Warm up is good for each and every action we have Mastery or a action which you wanted to be one.

Have you ever heard of the word "Game on" before. It is used by people when the challenge ahead is in the favor of them. Let's march towards the the game.

Whenever we are up against a challenge our adrenaline will be pumping much more than normal. Have you ever wondered why. It is because our brain makes a forecast and for see our results in challenge. This function of brain makes the pumping. Keeping this aside, we always have a syndrome which most of the times excepts the ill effects rather than the better ones. This practice will make you doubt yourself whenever you are up with a challenge. We have to put everything on its place from the scratch.

It is always better to do a SWOT analysis before you start anything. Once analysis is done, everything should be enlisted before proceeding further. Most of us have a common practice where we become nervous when we are up against a mass crowd. To be precise when we are put in to speak among lump sum people. This causes a dopamine secretion which is the precursor of adrenaline. Both of these are not good for us and moreover it is sign of negative attitude.

We should always be prepared to face challenges if we are up against and that challenge should be your calling. Your desire calling keeps you move on and need not necessarily be wise always but it should make sense. It should be in line with your skills and environmental factors.

Happy New year! Is the first word happy really mean something. Does it imply what it really means. It means the real happiness. Real happiness is in the sense that it should be heartfelt. It should spread a positive vibration around you. Is this really happening when we say happy new year. Yes we should access something in a positive way in the beginning of the year. What is going to happen when we want everything to be positive on the first day of the year alone. It will make sense only if we follow it at least until it becomes our habit. You can wonder here, hey! What new year has to do with habit. Yes it has a relation with the new year. Have you taken oath on the first day of the year and erase it off your memory down the year and take the same resolution again on the first day of the next year and left that as before. Still wondering what is the relation between all these. Please be patient and lets drill down further hereunder.


It is said that something becomes your habit if we follow it for 21 consecutive days. We have a disclaimer here. This 21 days is subject to change based on the characteristic features of every individuals respectively. Coming back to the context, habits doesn't really mean only good habits. Think one of your bad habits. I hope it is only one for most of us. If it is more than one then we have to put a religious and stringent effort to overcome the consequences. Now consider one of your bad habits if you have one. Can you remember how you got addicted to that. You should have tried it forcefully for the first time and the rest is history. You should understand the basics of habit now. Habits don't come easily. It is the result of practice most of the times than not. There is saying which goes like "Practice  makes perfect". We all would  have come across people who say lie convincingly. Have you ever wondered how they are doing that. It can be either because of their special skills else it is pure practice. They continuously practice lie and their brain will start believing it as true and now when they say the same to others, it seems be utter true. Keeping this aside let us define habit. I said "Us" because we both are going define it convincingly. One of typical habits which people of all age group know is brushing our teeth in half sleep. Is this really awkward. Yes, we do our daily morning routine in half sleep. The base of this action is, habit or practice. To be precise we have a syndrome which stimulate our brain to do these actions even when we are not fully active. Defining habit is a big task since it has several nuances attached to it. Hope it is defined to some an extent where it is understood by beginners rather than the pro's.

We are coming up with 21 topics which may be useful to practice a habit. This can be taken as a 21 day challenge. Let's hope this new year is going to be the best among the best.
