Pain, when life hurts too much | #InceptionThoughts 7

We always have a perception of pain and think why life is hurting me so much. The real fact is that Pain is experienced only when life hurts you too much. These pain gives harm to your heart and soul than your physical body. Please don't neglect pain since it can be made into stepping stones for success. Pain is a indication that the time has come to conquer and march towards the battle ground which determines winning in life. When you want to win you have to think of the dream and live that dream.Winning is not always easy, it always comes pain and struggle. If you try to do something which is related to your dream then it will become very much easy to pursue your pain and everyone around you.

Pain is everywhere in our life and pain neither be ignored nor be neglected. Something you do, something you think, something you live is what determines you. We may not have noted what are the things going around us. When we realize dream we come to know what is going around us and we will have sheer control of our actions. Something we see will be alarm for what we have to do and when we have to do. Everything is in our hands and no one have to do anything about that.

Lord Buddha has said life itself is a suffering. It is so because we get to attach to the things of eternal world. Lord Buddha also told to "accept the pain". This can be put aside since this is being the spiritual or religious perception of pain. When we tend to analyze pain in terms of psychology perception it is much more reasonable to show explicit thoughts about pain whereas the spiritual/religious perception always shows only implicit thoughts about pain. Psychology of pain relies on the inference we give to the pain which is a mere signal to brain. Our internal self talks which goes around in our brain and the superstitious beliefs which are stored in out subconscious mind drives our emotions while we are in pain.

Pain is inevitable and suffering can be made as a choice if we get to know about the psychology of pain. This is because suffering is based on the emotional and mental responses to pain. While we are trapped in pain we tend to ask ourselves "why me? This is not fair". Questions like these will not help. Recovery form pain should always be ongoing gradual progressive process where we should restore the areas of imbalance. Pain comes as a result of frustration/anger/anxiety/fear/sadness/hopelessness which is the root cause of suffering. Suffering can be transformed when we become aware of and be conscious about the chain of reactions and how we respond to it. The process of recovery is based on the fact that the responses which we give to our pain and the suffering it makes. We have to eliminate negative self talks, reestablish emotional imbalance, amplify positive thoughts, redirect the mind behind our dreams and rediscover ourselves.

If we find pain ruining our life, we may feel hard to live in this world. It is common and it is science. You don't have to panic about that. We have to find ways to try to come out of that. It may be distressed or restless. We have to divert our mind. See things in a simple way which may help you in the long run. Safeguard yourself don't reveal your weakness. Don't restrict your mobility. Control your anger and frustration. Be strong and take healthy foods. If you have faith in god or mother nature, worship them daily. Worship the work your mother your father your guru. Seek help from them. Make a wish from them. Everything may not seem easy but everything is possible. Probability is high.

Happy pain!
